Day 1: Amman

Arrive Istanbul airport, meet and greet and transfer to your hotel for overnight.

Day 2: Istanbul

After breakfast enjoy a full day sightseeing in Istanbul including Saint Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace, and Galata Tower. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon drive to the Asian side and visit Uskudar and Camlica Hill. Dinner at local restaurant and then board the Ankara Express train for Ankara. Overnight on board Ankara Express.

Day 3: Bogazkale and Cappadocia

After breakfast on board the train drive to Bogazkale and visit the sites of Hattusas and Yazilikaya. Lunch at local restaurant and then an afternoon visit Kaman Castle before driving to Cappadocia. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at Cappadocia.

Day 4: Cappadocia

After breakfast at the hotel enjoy a full day sightseeing of Cappadocia including Kaymakli Underground site, Goreme, Zelve and Avanos. Lunch at local restaurant then an art pottery demonstration. Following this drive to Uchisar to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The drive back to Cappadoccia for dinner at hotel and Overnight at Cappadocia.

Day 5: Cappadocia

After breakfast at your hotel take a Turkish cooking lesson or enjoy a nature walk around Cappadocia. Lunch at local restaurant and then visit Soganli valley followed by a visit to a carpet weaving school and then time for some shopping. Dinner at hotel and then enjoy a belly Dance show at a local nightclub. Overnight at Cappadocia

Day 6: Safranbolu

After breakfast at hotel, driver to Safranbolu, with a stop at Agzikarahan Kervansaray, Tuz Lake and Lunch at a local restaurant. Then enjoy an afternoon tour of Safranbolu before dinner at hotel. Overnight at Safranbolu.

Day 7: Istanbul

After breakfast drive to Istanbul with lunch en route at local restaurant. Upon arrival at Istanbul the rest of the day is free for lesiure, perhaps to take an optional tour.. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at Istanbul

Day 8: Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, free until your transfer to the airport
